Our process is tailor-made to fit every client's needs. During the kickoff call, we'll figure out what our engagement together might look like. Below is a general framework for what you can expect from us on a project.
1. Kickoff Call
We'll identify client needs and iron out details on time and scope. Based on the information, we formulate a detailed plan of attack.
2. Plan Proposal
A scope of work and plan is developed, including scheduling any needed check-in meetings, and sent to clients for approval.
3. Research & Development
Our team members will conduct research, analysis, and design to formulate our final recommendations.
4. Final Deliverable
We'll present our findings and work at a final meeting. Any relevant documentation needed for implementation is also passed along.
5. Implementation
Clients can opt to engage us for an extra period where we'll continue to implement our recommendations.
